Soldiers assigned to the 17th Light Armored Battalion, Royal Netherlands Army, conduct a cross-load of Class I (MRE) supplies from a Palletized Load System assigned to the 18th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion to a Dutch general cargo vehicle on a resupply mission during Exercise Saber Junction 2025 in Hohenfels, Germany, Sept. 6, 2025. Saber Junction is an annual training exercise to maintain and improve interoperability between U.S., Allied and partner forces and is conducted by the 7th Army Training Command at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center. The 83rd CSSB, in addition to preparing and training for their upcoming mobilization, is serving as the command and control headquarters for sustainment and resupply missions during SJ 25.
