NORFOLK, Va. (September 5, 2025) Retail Specialist 1st Class Jared Stewart, holds a class alpha fire flag during an 8010 drill aboard the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5), September 5, 2025. The 8010 drill is a limited training team validation exercise to test the ship’s ability to extinguish a fire in an industrial environment and the crew’s ability to integrate with commands and organizations outside of the ship.
