NORFOLK, Va. (Sept. 5, 2025) – Vice Adm. Doug Perry, commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet, addresses attendees of the of the Theater Undersea Warfare (TUSW) Symposium hosted by Commander, Submarine Group Two at Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads, Sept. 5, 2025. The TUSW Symposium focuses on undersea warfare, integration with NATO Allies and partners, and the imperative to counter persistent and proximate threats across the Atlantic battlespace. The event reflects a strategic shift toward proactive defense of the homeland through seamless multi-domain coordination across the Atlantic and Arctic regions.
