Brooklyn Youngblood, City of Schertz Emergency Medical Services emergency medical technician, repacks medical equipment after an inspection at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, Aug. 7, 2025. The Schertz EMS partnered with JBSA through the Alamo Area Council of Governments to provide ambulance services on the installation. The intergovernmental support agreement allows for EMS teams stationed at the 902d Civil Engineer Squadron fire department to respond to calls in approximately two minutes.
