Members of the Ecuadorian 9th Special Forces Brigade present Kentucky National Guardsmen with the Ecuadorian flag at the conclusion of an air assault exchange in Latacunga, Ecuador, Aug. 21, 2025. The exchange strengthened both forces by enhancing camaraderie, interoperability and readiness through the State Partnership Program.
