U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart Garrison Commander Col. Edward J. Sanford and Command Sgt. Maj. Chris Melendez visited Robinson Barracks Elementary School this morning. Sanford took command of USAG Stuttgart in June. The visit was an opportunity to meet teachers and students and learn more about the school.
The command team received a tour from Principal Lisa Bell, who discussed the hard work her staff does, recent successes, and potential issues that may need to be addressed in the future.
"What we do here is part of quality of life, and I want to ensure that when service members are at work, they know that their children are receiving the best education and care they deserve," Robinson Barracks Elementary School Principal Lisa Bell said.
