U.S. Airmen assigned to various installations collaborate to test new technology designed to train Airmen on hot pit procedures, developing them into more mission-ready Airmen during Exercise Northern Strike 25-2 at Battle Creek Air National Guard Base, Michigan, Aug. 5, 2025. This exercise enables Airmen to collaborate with warfighters in a joint training scenario, receiving immediate feedback to optimize the use of emerging technologies. Northern Strike is a premier reserve component training event that focuses on joint readiness training to build interoperability and strengthen partnerships in an all-domain environment.
