Canadian research vessel (R/V) Quest (CFAV), a medium sized charter boat conducts at-sea personnel transfers May 7, 2013 from Panama City Beach, Fla., to on-station research sites during the 2013 Target Reverberation Experiment (TREX) also referred to as GULFEX. TREX is a multi-country, acoustic scattering experiment in the Gulf of Mexico waters on April 10, 2013 and is ongoing until June 2013. TREX is an Office of Naval Research (ONR) experiment hosted by Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). The red rhib is R/V Sharp work boat from the University of Delaware.
