30th Naval Construction Regiment Command Master Chief Juan Zetino, addresses Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, during Commanding Officer 30th NCR Capt. Robert D. Stiles' visit to NMCB 4 in Okinawa, Japan, on August 13, 2025. Capt. Stiles personally welcomed NMCB 4 into the region, recieved input from the battalion, and congratulated members on individual outstanding performance. NMCB 4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region to support and maintain a free and open Indo-Pacific. As the stand-in, crisis response, naval engineering force, NMCB 4 maintains a ready posture to deliver in-theater expeditionary logistics via expeditionary shore infrastructure, forward damage repair, and mobile construction.
