30th Naval Construction Regiment (30NCR) Command Master Chief Juan Zetino, presents a coin to Staff Sergeant Javon Stroud, attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, during a 30NCR command visit to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 in Okinawa, Japan, on August 13, 2025. Stiles personally welcomed NMCB 4 into the region, recieved input from the battalion, and congratulated members on individual outstanding performance. NMCB 4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region to support and maintain a free and open Indo-Pacific. As the stand-in, crisis response, naval engineering force, NMCB 4 maintains a ready posture to deliver in-theater expeditionary logistics via expeditionary shore infrastructure, forward damage repair, and mobile construction.
