A group of civilian employers spent the day May 14, 2025, learning about the missions of the 123rd Airlift Wing while participating in an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve “Bosslift,” a community outreach program designed to enhance their understanding of Guard missions by offering an inside perspective on military operations. The employers received briefings at the Kentucky Air National Guard Base in Louisville, Ky., and flew aboard a Kentucky Guard C-130J Super Hercules aircraft to observe an earthquake-response exercise in Paducah, Ky.
