Jay Davidson, executive chairman for The Healing Place, was among a group of civilian employers who flew to Barkley Regional Airport in Paducah, Ky., aboard a Kentucky Air National Guard C-130J Super Hercules aircraft May 14, 2025, to observe an earthquake-response exercise as part of an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve “Bosslift.” The federal community outreach program is designed to enhance civilian employers’ understanding of Guard missions by offering an inside perspective on military operations.
