PANAMA CITY, Panama - Members of the Panamanian Security Force dive team splash out of their transport boat to conduct a search for underwater explosives during a Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (VBSS) tactical training event as part of PANAMAX-ALPHA 2025 off the coast of Panama City, Panama, Aug. 7, 2025.
