    JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (Aug. 7, 2025) Bill Manley, Navy Region Hawaii environmental director, shares his expertise and feedback to members of Task Force Arizona Aug. 7, 2025, to reinforce environmental compliance during upcoming salvage operations on USS Arizona.
