Special Warfare Boat Operator Master Chief Stephen Babb speaks about leadership during a ceremony conducted at Naval Special Warfare Group Four (NSWG-4) at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story June 26. Babb was officially named “The Helmsman,” a title honoring the longest serving active-duty Special Warfare Combat Crewman.
