(Aug. 1, 2025) Navy and Marine Corps Health Protection Command (NMCFHPC) Command Master Chief Francesco Maccarelli, speaks with staff members during an all-hands meeting hosted by NMCFHPC on Aug. 1, 2025, onboard Naval Support Activity (NSA) Hampton Roads - Portsmouth Annex. The meeting was held to allow Capt. Arfsten to introduce himself and communicate to staff about ongoing matters within the command that may impact them, as well as the future direction of the organization.
