KITTERY, Maine (July 29, 2025) Chris Miller (center), Executive Director, Naval Sea Systems Command, tours the inside machine shop during a visit to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine. Miller met with leadership and toured base facilities, and ongoing construction at the Multi-Mission Dry Dock 1 modernization project.
