KITTERY, Maine (July 29, 2025) Susan Mainwaring Director of Communications, Naval Sea Systems Command, overlooks the multi-mission Dry Dock 1 modernization project during a visit to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine. Mainwaring met with leadership and toured base facilities, and ongoing construction at the Multi-Mission Dry Dock 1 modernization project.
