NORFOLK, Va. (July 31, 2025) – Cmdr. Mason B. Fox, outgoing commanding officer of Fleet Logistics Multi-Mission Squadron (VRM) 40, departs through sideboys during the conclusion of the squadron’s change of command ceremony at Naval Station Norfolk. The ceremony marked the official transfer of leadership to Cmdr. Brett H. Learner. VRM-40 provides carrier onboard delivery (COD) support to naval forces using the CMV-22B Osprey tiltrotor aircraft.
