NORFOLK, Va. (July 31, 2025) – Cmdr. Mason B. Fox, outgoing commanding officer of Fleet Logistics Multi-Mission Squadron (VRM) 40, presents flowers to his family members in appreciation of their support during his tour. The presentation took place during the squadron’s change of command ceremony at Naval Station Norfolk, where Cmdr. Brett H. Learner assumed command.
