Huffman, Commander, Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), left, is given a tour of a boatswain training laboratory by Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Jacob Lytle, right, at the USS Whitehat boatswain training facility, July 29, while visiting Surface Warfare Engineering School Command (SWESC) Great Lakes’ staff, students and facilities.
