PANAMA CITY, PANAMA — U.S. Navy explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technicians assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 2 partner with EOD personnel assigned to Policia National de Panama or National Police of Panama (PNP) and Servicio Nacional Aeronaval or National Aeronaval Service, in limpet mine response tactics and procedures during PANAMAX 25, July 23, 2025. PANAMAX is a premier combined training that strengthens regional security, enhances interoperability, and reinforces integrated deterrence through combined defense of the Panama Canal, ensuring the continued security of vital global shipping lanes.
