Djiboutian soldiers attend their military to military training graduation ceremony on March 11, 2008 at Forward Operating Location Dikhil, Djibouti as part of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa missions. Soldiers from the from the 1st Battalion, 249th Infantry (light), Delta Company, 3rd Platoon, Guam National Guard, Guam, are graduating 127 Djiboutian Soldiers after training them in anti-terrorism and counter terrorism tactics during a 10-week course covering 27 different areas of offensive and defensive operations to better secure their borders against the threat of terrorist in phases three and four of Operation Able Dart 08-01.
