JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (July 18, 2025) – Rear Adm. Omarr Tobias, commander, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific, transits by boat to the Waipio Peninsula site, part of the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP), during a tour of the Navy’s largest military construction project at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility.
