U.S. Airmen assigned to the 100th Air Refueling Wing perform a pre-flight inspection on a KC-135 Stratotanker at RAF Mildenhall, England, July 18, 2025. The Airmen performed the pre-flight inspection to verify that the aircraft was in safe operating condition before the aircraft becomes airborne. During the inspection, Airmen looked for any signs of mechanical issues, such as leaks, damaged components, or equipment malfunctions, which could pose safety risks during flight.
