BELTON, Mo. (July 22, 2025) – Gunner’s Mate 2nd Class Samuel Morris, also serving as a police officer for the Belton Police Department, was recognized by the Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Advisory Council (LETSAC) for his efforts in removing 57 impaired drivers from the roads in 2024.
