John Pineda, lead vocalist of the Outbox Band, performs during the Camp Foster Festival at Camp Foster. The Outbox Band, a Filipino-based group, plays a mix of rock, pop and retro music. Marine Corps Community Services Okinawa hosted the annual festival, which was open to Status of Forces Agreement personnel and local Japanese residents. The event featured local vendors, games, static displays of U.S. military and Japan Self-Defense Force equipment, and live music from local and guest performers.
