Soldiers from the electronics maintenance section troubleshoot a Man Transportable Robot System Increment II (MTRS II) during Annual Training.
The Man Transportable Robot System Increment II is a remotely operated, medium-sized robotic system that enables Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) units to detect, confirm, identify, and dispose of unexploded ordnance and other hazardous materials from a safe distance.
The 840th Classification Inspection Company, part of the 191st Regional Support Group, provided critical maintenance support during Annual Training at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center on June 25, 2025. The unit’s highly skilled personnel performed a broad range of essential services, including vehicle inspections, equipment diagnostics, repairs, parts replacement, and technical guidance ensuring sustained operational readiness across supported units.
Their efforts enhance unit mobility, extend the service life of equipment, and reinforce the brigade’s ability to execute its mission without interruption.
