The 191st Regional Support Group is placing a strong emphasis on medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) readiness through joint training operations at Camp Santiago.
The 181st and 1065th Area Support Medical Companies, in coordination with U.S. Army Aviation of 101st Troop Command, are conducting realistic MEDEVAC training to enhance casualty care and air-ground integration in tactical environments. These operations are critical to improving response times, medical stabilization, and safe transport of injured personnel under simulated combat conditions.
