The 191st Regional Support Group is placing a strong emphasis on medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) readiness through joint training operations at Camp Santiago.
The 1473rd, 1243rd, and 755th Transportation Companies are executing convoy and react-to-contact training, further reinforcing battlefield coordination and Troop Leading Procedures (TLP) during a realistic MEDEVAC training to enhance casualty care and air-ground integration in tactical environments. These operations are critical to improving response times, medical stabilization, and safe transport of injured personnel under simulated combat conditions
