Bolotori, a former Sonar Technician (Submarine) 2nd Class assigned to Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Scranton (SSN 756), was selected for the Naval Academy as part of the Navy's enlisted to officer commissioning program. Alexandria and Scranton, two of four Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarines assigned to Commander, Submarine Squadron 11, are capable of supporting various missions, including anti-submarine warfare, anti-ship warfare, strike warfare and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.
