U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Dylan Donnelly fireman carries a Marine during a Combat Lifesavers Course at Combined Arms Training Center Camp Fuji, June 4, 2025. The CLS course educates and trains Marines in basic casualty and combat care, preparing them to provide aide to injured service members in combat situations. Marines learn to provide similar life-sustainment care that a corpsman would administer until the causality can be treated by a medical professional. Donnelly, a native of Michigan, is a High Mobility Artillery Rocket System operator with 3d Battalion, 12th Marines, 3d Marine Division. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl. Rodney Frye)
