Two floral wreaths are placed at “The Cornerstone of Peace” as a part of an Okinawa Memorial Day ceremony at Peace Memorial Park, Mabuni, Itoman City, Okinawa, Japan, June 23, 2025. The ceremony is a yearly event, hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce in Okinawa and USO Okinawa, that commemorates the end of the Battle of Okinawa.
