Two Medium Mine Protected Vehicles, or MMPVs, Type II, are rafted across a river on an Improved Ribbon Bridge during annual training on June 11, 2025, in Macon, Missouri. The bridge is moved using a technique called rafting, where vehicles are driven onto the bridge, transported across the river by Bridge Erection Boats, then offloaded on the far shore before the bridge is returned.
