    COMMANDER, FLEET ACTIVITIES CHINHAE, South Korea (June 13, 2025) -- U.S. Navy Lt.
    Cmdr. Nathan J. Ouellette and his family depart at the conclusion of his retirement ceremony at
    the Commander, Fleet Activities Chinhae (CFAC) theater on June 13, 2025. Lt. Cmdr. Ouellette
    retired after 24 years of Naval Service. CNFK is the U.S. Navy’s representative in the Republic
    of Korea, providing leadership and expertise in naval matters to improve institutional and
    operational effectiveness between the two navies and to strengthen collective security efforts in
