CAMP JOSEPH T. ROBINSON, NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — An engineer company detonated 40 pounds of explosives here June 24, 2025, as part of the company’s routine training requirements to stay proficient. Annual training affords Arkansas National Guardsmen an opportunity to achieve training objectives to stay current in their profession, so they’re ready and available if the state or nation calls them to duty. This demolition demonstrated capabilities to more than 30 of the state’s employers as part of an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve tour to educate employers about what their Guardsmen do when they’re away from their civilian employers and why employer support is vital to the success of the National Guard.
