Lt. Cmdr. Sarah Hull, a nurse with Expeditionary Medical Facility 150 Alpha, and Chief Petty Officer Richard Anderson, a hospital corpsman with EMF 150 Alpha, suture a wound as part of wound management on a Honduran patient on April 22, 2025, during the EMF's global health engagement to the Central American nation. The deployment of EMF Alpha allows for significant bilateral medical engagements between U.S. Navy expeditionary medicine teams and their Honduran counterparts, which strengthens our collective ability to face common challenges and improve medical readiness.
