(June 14, 2025)- Engineering Aide 2nd Class Ian Kisakye assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, conducts a slump test before a concrete pour during “Operation Turning Point”, a field training exercise (FTX) at the Port of Gulfport, Miss.
