Command Master Chief William Webster, outgoing senior enlisted leader of JRM, joined the Navy in 1992 as an aviation apprentice. Over his 33-year career, he served aboard eight ships and four aviation squadrons as an Aviation Maintenance Administrationman, supporting major operations including Desert Shield, Southern Watch, Restore Hope, Iraqi Freedom, and Enduring Freedom. He also held key leadership roles at sea and ashore, including five Command Master Chief tours and multiple staff assignments across the aviation and joint operations communities.
