Brig. Gen. John “Brad” Hinson, commanding general of U.S. Army Sustainment Command, inspects an M12A Abrams main battle tank at the Powidz, Poland Army Prepositioned Stocks-2 site, Sept. 18, 2024, alongside site director George Palmer. As the Army marks its 250th anniversary, it is the dedication of its Soldiers that continues to shape its strength. Hinson, who has served in the Army for 23 years, is one of these Soldiers. On June 12, he relinquished command of U.S. Army Sustainment Command and will next assume command of 1st Theater Sustainment Command.
