FORT BELVOIR, Va. (30 May, 2025) CDR Stephanie Long, the outgoing Director of Warfighter Optimization (DWO) at Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC)-Fort Belvoir, turned over the position LCDR Albert Lee. The DWO has a crucial role in ensuring that NMRTC Sailors are physically and spiritually ready for optimal support to NMRTC operations, and the DWO is vital to the process of delivering prepared warfighters to the mission. Fair Winds and Following Seas to CDR Long, whose next assignment will be at the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery in Falls Church, Va.
