FORT BELVOIR, Va. (June 3, 2025) Hospital Corpsmen (HM) assigned to Navy Medicine and Readiness Training Command (NMRTC)-Fort Belvoir get frocked to HM2. HM2 Fils-Julien and HM2 Ceola were frocked to the rank of Second Class Petty Officer by Commanding Officer CAPT Giles at a ceremony at Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center, at Fort Belvoir, after being selected for promotion during the spring advancement cycle. With the new rank come new opportunities to support the critical mission and members of NMRTC Fort Belvoir. Bravo Zulu! Also pictured in attendance are HMC Songco, HMC Jaquay, and HMC King.
