Nearly 35 civilian employer representatives were hosted on a flight in a C-130J Super Hercules assigned to the 165th Airlift Wing, Georgia Air National Guard, for an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) “Boss Lift” event at Savannah Air National Guard Base, Georgia, June 11, 2025. The ESGR Boss Lift event seeks to strengthen the bond and understanding between employers and their employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve by offering them the opportunity to fly on a military aircraft and learn more about the mission of the Air National Guard.
