Brosnan Forest has partnered with EPR on the construction and development of Brosnan Forest-Coldwater Branch (already constructed) and Brosnan Forest Umbrella Mitigation Bank (in process). Charleston District project managers visited one of the mitigation banks located on the Brosnan Forest property in Dorchester County, SC in Spring 2025.
