MAJURO, Republic of the Marshall Islands (June 5, 2025) – Military Sealift Command civil service mariner John Kennedy, navigator assigned to the forward-deployed U.S. Navy submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), charts the ship’s course using an alidade while departing Majuro, Republic of the Marshall Islands after a regularly scheduled port visit, June 5, 2025. Frank Cable is underway supporting U.S. 7th Fleet, the U.S. Navy’s largest forward deployed numbered fleet, operating with allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
