Staff Sgt. Jasen D. Kerr, a career planner serving with Headquarters Battalion, 1st Marine Division, instructs Sgt. Jessica L. Bauerlien, a student in the Basic Career Planners Course at Recruiters School, Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, on filling out interview forms here, April 17, 2013. Kerr, a native of Jefferson, Md., taught Bauerlien as part of a training exercise in the sixth week of the course. Bauerline recently reenlisted while in Afghanistan so she could have more opportunities to help her fellow Marines.
