A senior enlisted panel of US Navy command master chiefs from across southern California participated in a moderator-led question and answer session on the leadership philosophies and challenges during the Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Camp Pendleton-hosted Get Real, Get Better Symposium held June 4, 2025, at the Pacific Views Event Center aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Panel participants were Master Chief Petty Officer Allan Antonio, NMRTC Camp Pendleton, Master Chief Petty Officer Myla Presco, 1st Marine Logistics Group, Master Chief Petty Officer Adolfo Gonzalez, NMRTC San Diego, Master Chief Petty Officer Wayne George, 1st Marine Division, Master Chief Petty Officer Ralph Solon, Naval Expeditionary Medicine Warfighter Development Center, and Master Chief Petty Officer Charito Cruz, Surface Warfare Medical Institute. According to the Navy’s official website, GRGB is an “ongoing effort to strengthen warfighters, improve warfighting, and ready the platforms that support them.”
