While on a training mission in the skies above Oregon, a U.S. Air Force F-15C Eagle assigned to the 173rd Fighter Wing at Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base receives fuel from a KC-135 Stratotanker assigned to the 92nd Air Refueling Wing at Fairchild Air Force Base June 4, 2025. By providing in-flight refueling to aircraft like the F-15C, the KC-135 enables them to extend their operational range and provide a critical strategic advantage by enabling persistent air presence.
