Nicholas Mcvane, assigned to the North Carolina National Guard and the 29th Infantry Division, uses a specialized tool designed to assist in placing flags at gravesites at the Normandy American Cemetery June 5, 2025, in Colleville-sur-Mer, Normandy, France.
