Brig. Gen. Nick Brown, commanding general of Marine Corps Installations West and Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, meets with staff members of the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton optometry department while touring the facility on Friday, May 30, 2025. Brown visited the military treatment facility to learn about healthcare delivery aboard the installation. Hospital director Capt. Jenny Burkett and Expeditionary Medical Facility 150 Alpha commanding officer Capt. Kenneth Basford toured Brown through the optometry, physical and occupational therapy, radiology, and emergency departments during the visit.
